You may use this site to browse our inventory, learn how we sell and deliver cars, and contact us. Please use it lawfully: don't try to disrupt it or gain unauthorized access, don't copy the inventory in bulk with automated tools, and don't send us false information or someone else's details.

We may change, update or take down any part of the site at any time. How we handle the information you send us is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Every car we list is inspected in our own shop, photographed in detail and described as accurately as we can, flaws included. Even so, a listing can contain errors — in the specifications, mileage, equipment, history or description — and photos can't show everything.

Listings are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but they aren't a guarantee. If something matters to your decision, ask us to confirm it before you buy; we're glad to send close-ups or a walkaround video. When we find a mistake, we correct it, and the written purchase documents describe the car you are actually buying.

Prices, availability and specifications can change without notice, and a car can sell at any time — including while you're looking at it.

A car isn't reserved for you until we've received your deposit or we've both signed a purchase agreement. Until then, we may sell it to someone else.

Unless your purchase documents say otherwise, listed prices don't include taxes, title and registration fees, or delivery. If a price is listed in error, we aren't required to sell at that price, and we'll tell you before any money changes hands.

The sale of a vehicle is governed by the written purchase documents — the bill of sale and any purchase agreement — that we both sign. You receive them before any money changes hands. If anything on this site conflicts with them, the purchase documents control.

We accept wire transfer, ACH transfer and, for return customers, cashier's check. Financing is available on select cars through our financing partners and is subject to their approval and terms.

Cars bought from us come with a 14-day buy-back guarantee and a 30-day mechanical warranty. In short: return the car within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price — we arrange the return transport, and the refund is made within 48 hours of your return request. The warranty covers the engine, transmission, drivetrain and brakes for 30 days from the day the car is delivered.

Both apply as described on our Return Guarantee page and in your purchase documents. If the two ever differ, the purchase documents control.

Distances, transit times and other delivery figures shown on this site — including the ZIP-code estimate — are estimates, not guarantees. Typical transit is 3–6 days regionally and 10–14 days coast to coast, counted from pickup, but actual timing depends on carrier schedules, route, weather and other things outside our control.

Cars travel in enclosed, insured transport. The delivery arrangements for your car are agreed with you before it ships. See Delivery for how it works.

This site links to and uses services run by others, such as Google Maps, and some parts of a purchase — financing and transport, for example — may be handled by other companies. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The content of this site — text, photographs, video, graphics, our logo and the design — belongs to Martinez Auto Sales or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view it, share links to it, and print or save pages for your own personal use. Please don't copy, republish or reuse our photos or listings for any other purpose without our written permission.

Vehicle makes, models and logos mentioned on this site are trademarks of their owners. Martinez Auto Sales is an independent dealer and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer.

This site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors. This doesn't affect the 30-day mechanical warranty or anything else we promise you in your purchase documents.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Martinez Auto Sales and its owners and employees aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of — or inability to use — this site or anything on it. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have that the law doesn't allow to be limited, or our obligations under your purchase documents.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about them or about this site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
