Call or email us within 14 days of delivery and tell us the car isn't right for you. That one conversation starts the return.
2. We arrange pickup
We book the return transport and set a pickup time that suits you. You don't have to find a carrier.
3. Quick inspection
A quick look confirms the car is in the condition it arrived in, allowing for normal driving.
4. Refund issued
The full purchase price comes back to you within 48 hours of your request.

What's covered
You have 14 days from the date the car is delivered to decide. Drive it, take it to a mechanic you trust, and make sure it's the car you wanted.
If it isn't, we give you a full refund of the vehicle purchase price and arrange the return transport. The car should come back in the condition it arrived, allowing for normal driving.
On top of that, the 30-day mechanical warranty covers the engine, transmission, drivetrain and brakes from the day of delivery. And if a small issue slipped past our inspection, we'll work with you to settle it fairly.
